Shipping & Returns

1 Shipping

Our priority is to ensure that you receive our products promptly, and most orders are shipped the following working day after you place your order.

Our rates are:

Spain:

  • We ship via ASM / GLS e-commerce services
  • Delivery lead times between 1 to 2 working days
  • Flat rate 3 € for Peninsula destinations
  • Flat rate 10 € for Islas Baleares
  • Flat rate 35 € for the Ceuta, Melilla, Islas Canarias (we need your DNI number too)

 European Union countries:

  • We ship via UPS / TNT / SEUR but there can be alternatives
  • Delivery lead times between 1 to 4 working days
  • Prices calculated at checkout upon weight, size, and destination
  • Express 1-day delivery Services are also offered at checkout

Rest of the world:

  • We ship via UPS / TNT / FedEx / Zeleris but there can be alternatives
  • Delivery lead times between 1 to 7 working days
  • Prices calculated at checkout upon weight, size, and destination
  • Express 1-day delivery Services are also offered at checkout

If you prefer a different delivery method, please contact us to info@beamalevich.com before ordering and we will inform you of the possibilities and conditions. Product pick-up is possible from our showroom in Barcelona.

Lead times are subject to stock availability. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of timings and options, including canceling your order with a full refund.

Unless in very specific occasions, delivery times expected are accomplished. We can’t control and thus cannot bear any responsibility for any delays caused by the courier company or by customs procedures, but don’t doubt that we will assist you as best as we can if any problems arise.

2 Returns & refunds

Order refunds or returns are something that happen and they are no reason to be ashamed! If unfortunately, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days after receipt of your order, please send us an email stating the reason. We will send you instructions on how to return the product to get a refund.

  • If you return the product because it is not what you expected, the shipping costs of returning the product are your responsibility and you will get a refund for the product once we receive it back.
  • If you return a product because it is in bad condition and/or is not what is offered in our website or what you bought, Beamalevich will cover the cost of pickup from the address you specify and refund you the full order with shipment included.

We ship all our products in perfectly new status.

If your purchase is shipped incorrectly or damaged during shipping, please contact us.
We will make every effort to resolve the problem.

A returned product is then only be considered returned if it in the same condition as it was received by you.

Unacceptable returns shall run at customer’s expense.
